Q1: What changes can I make before the standard entry deadline?

You can adjust your ACCA exam entry—without extra charges—up to the standard entry deadline. Available modifications include:

• Cancel the exam entry
  
• Change exam centre or location
  
• Switch to a remote-based exam
  
• Add additional papers
  

All changes are handled via the myACCA portal:

Q2: Can I change my exam entry after the standard deadline?

No—once the standard entry deadline has passed, exam entries are locked. You may still enter late (with higher fees), but you cannot amend existing entries during the late-entry period. This applies across all levels of the association of chartered certified accountants course.

Q3: Are there special provisions or withdrawals?

In exceptional cases (e.g., serious illness), you can request to withdraw or defer your entry. You must submit supporting documents before the specified withdrawal deadline. Decisions are made case-by-case. Any refund of exam fees (part or full) will reflect in your ACCA dashboard, helping you manage your ACCA course cost effectively.

Q4: How do I actually make these changes?

1. Log in to ACCA:
   myACCA Portal
   
2. Select Exam Planner under the “Exam Entry” menu.
   
3. Choose your exam session and apply your updates.
   

Customer Services cannot process these changes—only the Exam Planner can.
